Jr. Brothers EMpowered is the youth division of Brothers EMpowered. It’s a group mentorship program where youth boys are taught how to engage their community by giving back. Inner cities youth boys from age 12-18 learning skills that will develop the heart for service, Leadership, Accountability, Discipline, Self-Respect, Good work Ethics, and a sense of purpose and direction. Group mentorship gives youth a sense of belonging, accountability, and something bigger than themselves to strive towards.




    



Group mentorship is a positive alternative to gangs or clicks.



Purpose: To equip youth with the tools they need to succeed while building strong leaders for tomorrow. 

INCLUDES:

Youth Social Enterprise:

Providing opportunities for young people through entrepreneurship training, career development, and Job placement.

Youth EMpowerment Trainings:

Youth EMpowerment is a leadership and character-building group that teaches youth how to find their passion and purpose while developing life skills for success. We utilize mental conditioning; such as meditation, visualization, positive self-talk, affirmation, prayer, energy and focus to teach youth how to will their passion and purpose into existence and build a positive outlook on life.

Youth EMpowerment outing:

Activities and events that bring mentors and mentees together for some fun bonding time. Group mentorship gives youth a sense of belonging, accountability, and a part of something bigger than themselves. Group mentorship is a positive alternative to gangs or clicks. Social interactions that build safe esteem, promote safety, provide a strong network of support, and developing healthy emotional & mental health.
