Program Initiative descriptions
Health and Wellness: Support groups to help members and community members with stress management, crisis reduction, grief, and coping with trauma, through mental conditioning and social support. In addition to mental health, we also believe nutrition and physical activities are a great way to increase overall health.
Youth EMpowerment Mentorship: Group mentorship for young men from ages 12-18 providing life training, leadership, and guidance into manhood. Creating a better alternative, and brotherhood other than gangs and clicks.
Community Safety: We provide community peacekeeping which consists of men who are residents of the community. The peacekeepers are available for major events, community outreach, and peace outreach. We strive to maintain a safe and visible presence, engage with community members, neutralize and de-escalate conflict in a professional nature.
Economic Development: Creating opportunities within the community through wealth building and entrepreneurship training. Our Youth Social Enterprise; Honor Roll Athletics teaches youth how to run and manage a business to fund our Youth EMpowerment Initiative.
Community Outreach: Freely giving back to the community through events and outreach, engaging community members, building relationships. While working to maintain a safe and positive environment.
