Annie S.'s Fundraiser for Family Tree Clinic

I’m raising money for Family Tree Clinic, a nonprofit community clinic in Minneapolis dedicated to providing excellent and affordable reproductive, gender, and sexual health care and education for our communities. 

Family Tree Clinic is trying to raise $50,000 for the We Are Family Fund, a dedicated patient access fund for underinsured and uninsured patients. Your support helps to ensure that everyone has access to the quality health care they deserve, without the burden and stress of worrying about medical bills.
