Hi everyone! As you know I have been doing foster care for about 3 years. I have had 14 kids in care for a mixture of emergency care, respite and long-term care during this time. As many of you know, I have also just adopted sweet Milo and continue to have the same sweet 4-year-old year old boy with me in care as I did last year at this time! I have been so lucky to have FosterTogether MN wrap around us and the youth every single time. FTMN graciously meets families and kids where they are- with tangible items such as clothing and hygiene items, but also with support groups and events that provide a support system for caregivers doing this work. This organization has been a lifeline to me because of the relationships I have formed.
