Dreaming Bigger for Foster, Kinship, and Adoptive Families in 2026

Over the past few years, Foster Together MN has grown in ways we never could have imagined. What started as a small effort to walk alongside foster, kinship, and adoptive families has blossomed into a thriving community where families find hope, connection, and dignity.

Through Abundant Goods, our resource center, children receive essentials like clothing, hygiene items, and school supplies—reminders that they are deeply valued. At our gatherings and support groups, families discover something just as important: a sense of belonging and the reassurance that they are not alone.

But with this growth comes a new challenge: our current space and resources can no longer contain the vision. Families are reaching out in greater numbers, and it’s time to dream bigger. In the months ahead, we will begin exploring a new space that can house Abundant Goods and provide room for larger family events, trainings, and opportunities to gather. To make this possible, we need sustainable funding that ensures these programs not only continue—but flourish.
