Melissa K's (AKA M4) NLR fundraiser

I started with NLR in 2021 with my first foster Maverick. I have since lost track of the number of dogs that have came into my home on their journey. Each and every one has a special place in my heart and fostering has been the most awarding experience. You get to see each dog learn the safety and security of a home when they may have only know the streets or shelter before. you get to know their individual personalities and pair them with the prefect adopter. Everyone always think saying good bye to a foster as they move on to their forever home is the hard part. but its not the hard part is not being able to help them all. Although a foster leaving is a bitter-sweet moment. Ultimately, It means a open spot to save another life. Unfortunately, there is no shortage of dogs in need.
