Save me from the Winter to come!

Minnesota winters are brutal. For the sister that has nowhere to go it is truly unimageable. Living on that street can be harsh, shameful, and even deadly. Abuse is one of many reasons why women are on the street and homeless. Husband/partners are quick to rid themselves of the one( women) that they can no longer control. So they put the women out with nowhere to go. Can you image using a cardboard box to create a wind barrier with nothing but a sleeping bag to keep you warm. This is what it is like for many of the homeless women in Minneapolis. The trauma that is place on these sisters that have nowhere to turn is beyond what your worst thought could ever be. 

SNAP wants to provide that safe warm space for those sisters that are homeless with no place of security. Providing a space that will show the sisters the support that they need to start a new journey is what SNAP is here to do. We are their first stop! BY DONATING TODAY YOU BECOME PART OF THE SOLUTION.
