Earlier this year a friend of mine was tragically killed in a car accident. Chris Caparso was a husband, a father, a dedicated Costco employee, and suffered from Parkinsons disease. Although he had Parkinsons, he never let it stop him from doing anything. Chris participated in Tough Mudders and several 5k races. I will be running a 5k in his honor on Black Friday. Please consider supporting me and making a donation to the Michael J. Fox Foundation in the hopes that it provides a cure for Parkinsons one day!!
