Odin was a 6 month old stray found alone outside someone's house. When no owner came forward, he was brought into Safe Hands Rescue. Odin was emaciated and malnourished, but despite all of this, his sweet and friendly personality was evident.

Odin is the perfect example of just the kind of dog Safe Hands is here to help – he needed good nutrition and personalized care.

In December, we welcomed him into our foster home where he continued to heal, grow, learn, socialize, and become the best puppy he could be! 

Safe Hands was able to give Odin the needed time to heal and recover. He was given antibiotics and fed small, frequent meals to avoid refeeding syndrome. Thanks to animal lovers like you, our team was there with the resources Odin needed to recover and go on to thrive. With extra care, love, nutrition, and attention, Odin rallied (and found his perfect forever home)! This sweet dog got a second chance because of donors like you.
