Chloe's Courage Fund Annual GTMD Fundraiser

Chloe's Courage Fund (CCF) was created to acknowledge children for their courage and bravery in the face of adversity. CCF awards children diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses with courage trophies, along with medallions for siblings of the diagnosed, entirely free of charge. Courage trophies have been shown to make a world of difference in diagnosed families' experiences in hospitalization, and provide an invaluable tool to child life specialists and other healthcare professionals in 13 different institutions across the United States.

Because CCF is entirely volunteer-run, all proceeds go directly to the creation of trophies and medallions. Please help us this year in awarding more brave children than ever before!
