What does home mean? For Jessica, it means everything.

$350

raised by 3 people

For Jessica, home means everything.

“It’s been over a decade since my two sons and I moved into our home at Audubon Crossing. Time has flown as I’ve watched my boys grow up, with my oldest going to college this fall.

“Family supportive housing has changed my life. Having a home in a community you love changes everything. Being in our neighborhood near the schools, shopping, restaurants, and more is so wonderful. And having staff onsite to support us on our journey is something I am thankful for.”

Beacon is changing the landscape of home for residents like Jessica as we advocate to create new, deeply affordable homes, invest in residents through wrap-around supportive services, and champion transformative solutions to ensure all people have a home.

On Give to the Max Day, your gift means something to the residents who live in Beacon homes and receive services every day to support them, and your gift is something that will change the lives of those waiting to move into a home that has not yet been created.

This Give to the Max day, will you consider donating to Beacon and giving the gift of home to a family like Jessica's?

$1,000 is one month of supportive services for one resident. For folks who call a Beacon building home, services can be an ally in a young person’s journey towards stability, a neighbor’s sobriety, or a family’s next chapter.

$500 strengthens our policy and organizing work for statewide solutions to homelessness and housing insecurity.

$100 helps Beacon build new homes for individuals and families in Minneapolis, Hopkins, Shakopee, Maple Grove, Richfield.

$25 or any amount meaningful to you - is an act of faith that we can create a future together where all people have a home.

“For my family, being stably housed has meant we’ve had the chance to plant roots in the community. My sons thrive in school, and I’ve worked for the last nine years at Minneapolis Public Schools in the cafeteria. Our home truly changed everything for us, and I can’t wait to see how more homes like mine will impact other families.”
