Big Time 2022

The Big Time Jazz Orchestra has been an active 501(c)(3)  non-profit in the Northland of Minnesota and Wisconsin for over 30 years. The organization promotes and advocates big band music through concerts performed by premier regional musicians.

Jazz education for youth and aspiring musicians is another big part of the mission of BTJO, helping to raise money for scholarships and holding clinics for students to hone their musical skills.

In addition to the the music and education, BTJO helps other local charitable organizations succeed by performing at events and donating concert proceeds.  Some of the 100+ charities we've supported in the past include the Boys and Girls Club, CHUM, Community Action Duluth, and Habitat for Humanity!

We're asking you to help us continue our mission as we move forward making music and raising money for students and organizations in our local area! Your donation will contribute to and foster our new and ongoing projects that include recording an album of local composers, scholarship money for students, and hosting a regional jazz honor band.

We're grateful for all of the support we've received in the past and present with much hope for the future.
