The Duluth Area Horse Trail Alliance organized to advocate for access to public lands for horse riding. Our mission is to educate the public and to develop, maintain, preserve and protect public lands and parks for equestrian use in and around the Greater Duluth Minnesota area. We will be joining with Back Country Horsemen of Minnesota as a chapter soon to continue with our same goals and projects and support efforts nationwide.
