Calvary Food Shelf

For over 45 years, Calvary Food Shelf has shown up for this community. When ICE enforcement surged in our neighborhood and fear kept families from leaving their homes, we didn't wait for them to come to us. We went to them, expanding our delivery services to bring food directly to families' doors.

From November to March, the number of people we served grew more than fivefold, from 2,700+ individuals across 650+ households to 16,000+ individuals across 4,100+ households, distributing over 105,000 pounds of food in March alone.

The recovery is just beginning. Fear may be easing, but the need is not. Many families will depend on us for months to come.

Food shelf visitors shop and choose their own items in our store-like space. Calvary staff and volunteers help create a safe and welcoming environment.

We always offer a variety of fresh produce.We provide meat, milk, eggs, butter, as well as other protein and dairy products.
