RCTC Foundation Division Giving Challenge
The RCTC Foundation is launching a spirited Division Giving Challenge to boost employee engagement and support student success. From now until the end of the year, six campus divisions will compete to see who can raise the most funds:
- Finance and Facilities
- Academic Affairs
- Student Affairs
- Information Technology (IT)
- Board of Directors
- President’s Office, College Relations, Human Resources, and Campus Safety
All funds raised will go toward Student Success Dollars, which will be used at the discretion of the Board of Directors to directly impact students in meaningful ways.
Why Participate?
- Give/Get Campaign: Employees can share their division’s team link with friends and family to help raise funds.
- Build Community: Work together across departments to support the students we all care about.
- Celebrate Generosity: The division that raises the most will be honored in the RCTC Campus Hall of Fame.
This is more than a competition—it’s a chance to show gratitude for what we have and give back to the campus community that connects us all.
