Int'l Handbell Symposium: Aberdeen, Scotland

International Handbell Symposia are held every two years, in a different location around the world. In 2024, we were fortunate to attend the 21st Symposium in Hamamatsu, Japan, thanks to many donations from our generous friends. Now we have set our sights on the 22nd Symposium, held in August 2026 in Aberdeen, Scotland!

Attending an International Symposium is an incredible opportunity that has long-lasting effects on every Strikepoint ringer. We came away from the last one with new friends (many who do not speak our language), new experiences, and new appreciation for how much people around the world have in common. Ringing the same music at the same time with our international friends emphasizes our similarities and minimizes our differences.
