Adopt-an-Instrument: Alto Saxophone

Please help our band students (grades 5 through 12) to have the best possible educational experiences...by helping us get our school-owned instruments back into tip-top playing shape!

(This description was written by our band students - enjoy!)

INSTRUMENT:  ALTO SAXOPHONE

MODEL: CANNONBALL

Need:  Clean and align, fix most pads, dented keys, neck cork

Estimate:  $400

NAME: Albert

STORY: Hi! Usually I'm an outgoing and strong-sounding saxophone, but recently my adventurous lifestyle has taken a toll on me. I have lived a full life and am in need of some serious rehabilitation or I’ll have to go into retirement early and I don’t want that! I’m not done making people smile yet! I need a thorough cleaning, some serious alignment, pad repairs, and a little cosmetic work. My total surgery and cleaning fee is around $400 and I’m an alto saxophone so I don’t have a job (unless you count making music, but I can’t even do that anymore) . So hopefully you can help me out!

Thanks!
