I'm back for another Gay to the Max! This November I'm working to raise $500 for PFund Foundation!
Did you know that PFund Foundation supports LGBTQ+ communities across five different states and 5 different domains?
PFund provides grant & scholarship funding across 5 domains: Education & Leadership, Economic Power, Holistic Health, Visibility & Advocacy, and Vibrancy & Community.
All 5 of these domains make up the tapestry of a thriving, healthy community but this season I'm choosing to uplift Queer Vibrancy. Creativity, artistry, exuberance, the beauty of queerness as a way of seeing and experiencing the world! This is what Queer vibrancy means to me.
But what does it mean as a part of PFund's grant making?
Think pride events across all 5 states, art exhibitions, theater productions, drag balls, trans youth talent shows, films and so, so, much more. These are all real, recent examples of LGBTQ+ events and organizations that PFund supports 365 days a year for 35+ years.
This Give to the Max season falls over my birthday (happy Scorpio season to all ♏🦂) and it would be the best birthday gift to me to meet my goal and and help support Queer philanthropy in our communities.
Together, we can fund the full LGBTQ+ experience, help me support the vibrancy of queer communities across the Upper Midwest.

'Protect Queer Kids' is a piece I first made earlier this year for PFund's annual Moxies silent auction. It was so wonderful to get to see my work auctioned off to support PFund's mission of building equity with LGBTQ+ communities across the Upper Midwest.
Now, I'm making another piece just like this one, and it could be yours! All you have to do is donate $25 or more to be entered into the drawing to win the framed crochet piece.

Everyone who donates $25 or more will also receive a print of this new piece ('Gay, as in, Queer', 6"x8") made especially for this fundraiser.
