A healthy smile can make a big difference in a child’s life. It can mean eating without pain, concentrating in school, feeling confident, and building healthy habits that can last a lifetime.

At Let’s Smile, we believe every child deserves access to quality dental care, regardless of their family’s financial circumstances, insurance status, where they live, or the barriers they may face.

Your gift helps Let’s Smile bring preventive dental care and oral health education directly to children and teens through our school-based dental clinics and provide comprehensive care through the Let’s Smile Dental Clinic in Owatonna.

Donations help support:

• Preventive dental care, including cleanings, fluoride varnish, sealants, screenings, and X-rays
• Restorative treatment for children who need fillings, crowns, extractions, or additional dental care
• Dental supplies, materials, and equipment needed to provide safe, quality care
• Toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, and other oral health supplies for children and families
• School-based and community dental services throughout southern Minnesota
• Transportation and interpreter support to help families overcome barriers to care
• The day-to-day resources necessary to coordinate patients, schools, volunteers, and dental services

Our dedicated dental team works alongside volunteer dentists and dental therapists who generously give their time and expertise to help children receive needed treatment. Grants, donations, and community partnerships help make it possible for Let’s Smile to provide our services at no cost to families.

Let’s Smile was founded in Owatonna in 2013 and remains a local, independent nonprofit organization. When you give to Let’s Smile, you are supporting children and teens right here in southern Minnesota.

In 2025 alone, Let’s Smile provided more than 1,200 preventive dental visits, reached more than 3,400 children through oral health education and outreach, and provided more than $220,000 in charitable dental care.

Our Goal: $25,000

Together, we are working to raise $25,000 to help Let’s Smile continue providing dental care, supplies, education, patient support, and access to services for children and teens in our communities.
