Abortion Assistance Fund & Lodging Support

We provide direct financial assistance to people seeking abortion care, helping cover procedure costs as well as hotel stays for those who must travel long distances. With over 1,000 requests for abortion assistance this year alone, the need has never been greater.

$50 helps cover transportation or medication costs for someone seeking abortion care

$100 helps fund a night of safe lodging for a patient traveling for care

Curbside Plan B & Safer Sex Kits

Since April 2020, we have distributed thousands of free Plan B kits and safer sex supplies throughout the Twin Cities and across Minnesota through trusted community partners. This fall, we expanded access even further by launching a text line, making reproductive health resources easier to reach than ever.

Expanding and Defending Access Through the Courts

After four years of legal advocacy, Our Justice won a major victory in July 2022 when a district court struck down several unconstitutional abortion restrictions in Minnesota. These included the 24-hour waiting period, medically inaccurate state-mandated counseling, and two-parent notification requirements for minors. While anti-choice groups continue to challenge these wins, we remain committed to defending and protecting abortion access through the courts.
