For over 20 years, the Native American Community Clinic (NACC) has been a place of healing, hope, and belonging for Indigenous and urban Indigenous people across the Twin Cities.

As a Native-led nonprofit, we offer culturally grounded care that honors health as physical, spiritual, emotional, and communal. Our services include:

• Outpatient addiction recovery and harm reduction programs
