When a family comes to New Pathways, they are often facing one of the most difficult moments of their lives. They may have lost housing because of rising costs, a job loss, an unexpected crisis, or circumstances beyond their control.

For one family, arriving at New Pathways meant something simple but incredibly important: a safe place to sleep and the chance to breathe.

While their children had a safe, comfortable place to stay, the parents could focus on the next steps: finding employment, securing permanent housing, building a budget, and creating a stable future for their family.

With the support of our staff, volunteers, and community, that family worked toward their goals. And eventually, they were ready to move into a home of their own.
