YSP Youth Programming

At Build Wealth, we believe young people deserve intentional support — not just programs, but spaces where they feel seen, valued, and capable of shaping their futures.

Our youth programming supports young people year-round through mentorship, leadership development, life skills, and financial education.

🌱 Youth Stabilization Program (YSP)

The Youth Stabilization Program (YSP) is the youth-focused extension of our Family Stabilization Program (FSP) and serves as the foundation for our youth programming. 

YSP provides consistent, small-group support for youth through programming focused on:

• Financial literacy and money management

• College and career readiness

• Goal setting, accountability, and decision-making

• Life skills that promote long-term stability

As the "baby" version of FSP, YSP introduces young people to the same core principles of stability, responsibility, and long-term planning - adapted for their developmental stage.

☀️ SHE Builds & HE Builds (Summer Programs)

During the summer, we expand our impact through SHE Builds, our program for girls, and HE Builds, our newly launched program for boys.

These 9-week programs meet twice a week and focus on:

• Leadership and confidence building

• Identity development and self-awareness

• Financial education and real-life skill building

• Community, mentorship, and healthy peer connections

While gender-specific, both programs share the same mission: helping young people grow, lead, and build toward futures they believe in.

This campaign supports our general youth programming across YSP, SHE Builds, and HE Builds and is separate from our YSP scholarship fund.
