Hope Multiplied with Community Partners with Youth

Community Partners with Youth (CPY) began with a simple but urgent mission—to create a safe, supportive place for kids after school and reduce juvenile crime in our neighborhoods. What started as a response to a need has grown into a second home for hundreds of young people each year. At CPY, students explore STEM projects, express themselves through art, learn teamwork in cooking classes, and develop essential life and social skills that shape who they become. One parent recently shared that before joining CPY, her son was struggling in school and often left alone at home. Today, he’s excited to come each day, his grades have improved, and he proudly says CPY feels like “family.” The impact is lasting—youth who come to CPY are safer, more confident, and envision brighter futures filled with possibility.
