Let’s keep art alive— a living, breathing, shareable experience. Live theater brings us together at a time when so much seems to be pushing us apart and our art experiences are increasingly digital, solitary, and even manufactured by machine. Through theater we connect, we share space with people we may not see eye-to-eye with, we relate, we bear witness to each other’s stories, and we become more aware of the beauty of our differences and our similarities.

Support Bucket Brigade and donate Thursday, November 20th, Give to the Max Day, to help us reach our goal of $15,000 so we can continue creating and sharing live theater experiences that help us do life together.

And we’re excited to announce a Matching Gift! Every donation made will be matched, dollar for dollar, for the first $7,500!

Plus, every donation given on Nov. 20th makes us eligible for bonus GiveMN “Golden Tickets” ranging from $500 to $10,000! Your $10 donation could turn into $10k!

Thank you— for joining the staff, actors, designers, volunteers, donors, and community partners– we’re all Bucket Brigade and together, we can keep art— and hope— alive.

Here’s what’s ALIVE in 2025/2026!

• January 30th-February 14th, 2026, Art House North– ‘Til Death: A Marriage Musical. It’s the 14th season of our hit Valentine’s show! Featuring the loony, lovable real-life married couples you’ve laughed (and cried) with over the years. It’s our musical comedy celebrating lasting love— in all its confounding, glorious, enduring ridiculousness. Let’s keep love alive!

• April 24th-May 9th, 2026, Art House North— Shanty Boys of Pine County: Stories, Songs and Legends of Northwoods Lumbermen, by Jeremiah Gamble. It’s our brand-new rollicking, heart-warming musical telling the story of northwoods lumbermen though traditional Irish and Minnesota lumber camp songs. Let’s keep history alive!

• Memorial Day Weekend, May 23rd and 24th, 2026, Hinckley Fire Museum– Shanty Boys of Pine County. We’re bringing the songs and stories of Pine County home to the Hinckley Fire Museum for free performances Memorial Day Weekend! Let’s keep history alive!

• Labor Day Weekend, September 5th and 6th, 2026, Hinckley Fire Museum– Survivors of the Fire— our play with music honoring and remembering those who survived and perished in the Great Hinckley Fire of 1894– returns for our third year in a row sharing these meaningful stories and songs with the communty. Let’s keep tradition alive!
