Mi CASA’s pantry is a vital resource for families in Scott and Carver County, providing culturally familiar foods that honor the traditions and preferences of our Latino community and the many diverse neighbors we serve.

But the need is growing rapidly. We continue to see a steady increase in visitors, with more new families each week, including non–Latino households, Latino, East African, and who are turning to Mi CASA for support during difficult times.

This growth has created an urgent challenge: keeping our shelves stocked with healthy, culturally appropriate foods that families can trust and rely on.
