Nourish Food Shelf x University of St. Thomas

As students from the University of St. Thomas, we are coming together to support Nourish Food Shelf, who serves families in Frogtown, St. Paul. Nourish, backed by Second Harvest Heartland, hosts bi-weekly food distributions, helping over 250 families. Individuals & their families receive fresh produce, meat, canned goods, and personal care products. This work is completed almost entirely by volunteers, and Nourish could use your help!

We are encouraging you to learn more about the work Nourish is doing in St. Paul or to sign up to volunteer during a Saturday distribution. If you are able, please consider donating to their effort. All proceeds will go directly to Nourish Food Shelf.
