For this Give to the Max Day, the YouthLink Young Professionals Board is raising funds for YouthLink. The Young Professionals Board (YPB) is a group of young leaders in the Twin Cities working to help advance YouthLink’s mission of preventing and ending youth homelessness.
YouthLink supports young people ages 16-24 experiencing and at risk of homelessness in the Twin Cities metro. From basic needs like a hot shower or clothes, to mental and physical health, to help accessing housing and employment, YouthLink helps youth at all stages of their journey.
Last year, YouthLink served 2,561 young people during 18,886 visits. Demand has not slowed down. Youth visits are up 32% and meals served are up 35% compared to the same time last year.
