Other efforts that we recently supported include the the creation of rain gardens and pollinator gardens at 3 local schools using native plants, an interpretive sign for a new parcel acquired by the Friends of Sax-Zim Bog and bird seed for the feeders at the National Wildlife Refuge Centers in Bloomington and Carver Rapids. The money we raise will be used to support more efforts like this in the future.
