Fundraising Campaign Breakdown for $100,000

1. Mentor Training & Stipend - $50,000 

   This funding will support comprehensive training programs for our seasoned, licensed mentors, equipping them with effective mentoring techniques and culturally responsive teaching strategies. Additionally, stipends will recognize the time and effort mentors invest in supporting pre-service educators, enhancing the guidance they provide.

2. Mentee Stipends - $20,000  

   Mentees, who are pre-service educators in teacher preparatory pathways, will receive stipends to compensate them for their engagement with mentors. This financial support encourages active participation and allows mentees to focus on their professional development without financial constraints.

3. Professional Development/Celebration - $15,000 

   This portion will fund professional development workshops for both mentors and mentees, fostering continuous learning and networking. It will also support a celebratory event at the end of the mentorship cycle to recognize their achievements and strengthen community bonds.

4. General Operating Expenses - $15,000  

   Funds are needed for general operating expenses, including administrative costs, marketing, technology resources, and outreach initiatives. This support is crucial for sustaining and enhancing our mentorship program, enabling us to reach more aspiring educators.
