Girls softball is a growing youth sport in Northfield! In 2023 more than 100 girls participated on our teams from 8U - 16U.
We hope to provide expanded and improved practice and game facilities for our teams prioritizing a field a Bridgewater Elementary. In partnership with the PTO at Bridgewater Elementary and Northfield Schools, we have identified the following needs:
- 60' base trenches with removable bases
- Existing pitchers mound relocated to 43'
- New home plate
- Dugouts with benches and concrete floor
- Fencing down 1st and 3rd bases
- Removable outfield fencing
- Storage for equipment
