People's Center Spring Forward

Spring means so much this year, and we intend to drive change in our communities with your help!

Starting right now, GiveMN is supporting our spring giving campaign with extra gifts for every donation through May 11th! For every donation you make People's Center will be entered in a drawing for thousands of dollars to address and dismantle social determinants of health in vulnerable populations.

So what is spring for?

Spring is for confronting equity issues. 

The structural oppression faced by our patients impacts their health in a myriad of ways. It is time to have the difficult conversations around racial equity and racial disparities in healthcare availability and outcomes. Our missions is, and always has been, to provide quality healthcare to everyone regardless of their ability to pay. Every donation you make allows us to create more services to dismantle these inequalities.

Spring is for giving our helpers the support they need

The extra hours our frontline workers have put in each and every day have directly impacted community health, and gotten us that much closer to the end of the pandemic. Your support pays homage to the work they've done, and allows us to equip them with the best tools to take care of our patients.

Spring is for finally gathering together

Our vaccination clinic, since day one, has been a place of first gatherings and happy, tearful moments. Our patients are reconnecting not only with people in general but the idea of community and possibility as they get their shots. You can keep these spaces happy and healthy by making a donation to our community health center.
