Pneumonia. Roundworms. Giardia. Carpal Contractions. Dental abnormalities.

These are just some of the things the breeder release Chow Chow puppies struggled with when they joined rescue.  On top of their vaccinations, preventatives & spay/neuter surgeries.

When I found out there were Chow Chow puppies needing rescue I agreed to take them under one condition- that I got to choose the rescue I took them under.  They are such adorable puppies but I wanted to ensure we required breed experience in the adoptive homes to avoid them being returned after they grew up, for acting like Chows. RPAW was the group I chose & these babes came with a slew of health issues - which they did not bat an eye at.

I’m raising funds this year for RPAW on this Giving Tuesday to help offset their expenses, along with the numerous other behavioral & medical cases I’ve opened my home to for them… & there have been A LOT 🤣
