Our annual Minnesota State Science and Engineering Fair is an important opportunity for hundreds of Minnesota middle and high students.

Our 2023 State Science Fair survey demonstrated a large desire from students to bring back an in-person celebration component to the Science Fair. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, our State Science Fairs included an exciting awards ceremony, where students were able to network and celebrate the achievements of themselves and their peers.

This Give to the Max Day, our goal is to raise funds to return an in-person celebration with additional enrichment opportunities to the 2024 State Science Fair.

This summer, our community responded to our urgent request for funding assistance after an unexpected loss of corporate program sponsors, assuring that we will be able to hold an in-person Science Fair in the spring of 2024. This Give to the Max Day, we are again asking our community to show their support for the State Science Fair as we raise funds for a second day of the event.

While an in-person awards ceremony (rather than presenting awards on Zoom) will certainly be an inspirational highlight of the second day, we also hope to provide additional enrichment opportunities for students, such as lab tours, networking, and a keynote lecture.

Please help us bring the State Science Fair back to being closer to what it was before the Covid-19 pandemic! YOUR GIFT WILL ENCOURAGE AND CELEBRATE OUR STATE'S NEXT GENERATION OF PROBLEM SOLVERS.
