RAAN's Give to the Max Fundraiser

Rural AIDS Action Network (RAAN) leads rural Minnesota in the fight to stop HIV through a broad array of client services, risk reduction, advocacy and awareness. In its 30 years of service, RAAN has served over 10,000 individuals. RAAN’s experienced staff provide the following programs and services to clients in 80 counties outside of the Twin Cities metro area:

• Medical Case Management
• Transportation Assistance
• MNsure Navigator Services
• Support Groups
• Outreach and Education
• SSP Programs
• Naloxone Training & Distribution  

RAAN envisions rural communities where persons living with or affected by HIV/AIDS live dignified lives and receive appropriate and compassionate medical care, and where communities understand the realities of transmission and prevention.

In 2024:

• RAAN Medical Case Managers served 542 clients.
• RAAN provided Transportation Services to 89 clients.
• RAAN provided Food Vouchers to 490 clients.
• RAAN Syringe Service Programs (SSPs) served 10,055 clients.
• RAAN staff distributed 13,445 naloxone kits across 60 counties in Minnesota.
