Diverse Voices Through Animation is a creative program by Pluto Noodle that helps adults with disabilities bring their stories to life through expressive animation.
What We Do:
10-week animation workshops for adults with disabilities
Teach animation, character design, voice recording, and storytelling
Provide sensory-friendly, supportive environments
Build creative confidence and self-expression
Why It Matters:
People with disabilities are often left out of mainstream storytelling. This program gives them the tools, space, and support to share their experiences in their own voices—building connection, confidence, and community along the way.
Featured Film: Two Champions
Two Champions is an animated short created by participants in our first workshop. The film follows an unlikely partnership between a boxing champion and a Magic: The Gathering master—both living with Prader-Willi syndrome—as they team up to sharpen their focus and launch something unexpected together. Blending humor, heart, and imagination, Two Champions reminds us that everyone has a story worth telling.
Your Donation Supports:
- Making workshops accessible to adults with disabilities, regardless of financial barriers
A safe, supportive space where participants can express themselves creatively
- Sharing participant-created films with the world
- Teaching artists and mentors who guide each storyteller’s process
The tools and materials needed to bring their stories to life
Your support helps us bring more stories like Two Champions to life. Every voice deserves to be seen and heard.
