#GiveAtHomeMN fundraiser for WA Aftercare Program

Women's Advocates is encouraging our followers and supporters to share this page or, better yet start their own fundraising campaign to support our Aftercare Program. During these unprecedented times, the need for community support for the families leaving shelter are just as prevalent, if not more. 

Funds raised via these campaigns will directly benefit our Aftercare program and rent support for survivor families who have recently left our shelter. This is a vulnerable time for our Aftercare program participants, made even more risky with social distancing and staying away (physically) from support like family, friends, social programs, etc.

We’ve identified significant increase in fundraising need over the next 90 days to, among many purposes, continue rent support and advocacy for our Aftercare program families. This need, paired with expected government funding reductions for the next two years shows an IMMEDIATE need for individual and corporate support, including online campaign fundraising.
