Healthcare is more than just treating someone when they’re sick. Access to food is medicine. A roof over your head is medicine. Being able to afford your prescription is medicine. All of these factors play a role in a
person’s health outcomes, their life expectancy, and their quality of life.
For more than 50 years, we've focused on whole-person care, understanding that in order to build healthier communities, we need to also address social determinants of health.
At Minnesota Community Care we provide care to more than 37,000 patients in our 19 clinical locations regardless of their immigration status, what language they speak, or their ability to pay. But, we couldn’t do all this without YOU!
