George and Oliver, pictured above, now live peacefully at SoulSpace Farm Sanctuary. They were rescued from a backyard butcher.

Sadly, most animals raised for food suffer for many reasons. Most never see the outdoors. Their beaks, tails, or testicles are cut off without anesthetic. They are forcefully bred against their will. Then they are separated from their young.
