International Cello Institute:Fundraising Campaign

Founded in 2010, the International Cello Institute is a globally recognized summer music program with outstanding faculty. Our curriculum is designed specifically for cellists to immerse themselves in an intensive learning experience. The ICI program is uniquely personalized and comprehensive, dedicated to the advancement of each cellist who attends.Our students work with the world’s most acclaimed pedagogues and soloists, and every one of our students is given equal access and opportunity to participate and receive instruction from all of the faculty. Lifelong learning opportunities and friendships are made at ICI, as we foster and encourage a strong sense of community and collegiality

The goal of this campaign is to raise funds for a matching grant of $12,000. Every donation can really make a difference in the lives of the young cellists who attend our program. Some tangible ways your donation will make a difference are: travel support for students and faculty (every cellist has to buy an extra flight ticket for their instrument), alleviating tuition expenses by growing ICI's scholarship fund, covering administrative expenses to support programming, advertising expenses, lessening the charges of facility costs, and faculty salaries.

The International Cello Institute provides an inclusive and nurturing environment for cellists to grow and learn. Cellists are exposed to outstanding teaching, performing, and close mentoring from experienced faculty. Our program strives to serve students from a variety of socio-economic, racial/ethnic, gender identity, and musical backgrounds. An atmosphere of excellence, coupled with collegiality, is fostered and encouraged.
