Memorialize the Movement (MTM) is a living archive dedicated to collecting, preserving, and activating the plywood protest murals that were created during the Minneapolis Uprising of 2020 and beyond. By providing space for youth, artists, and our BIPOC community to heal, reflect, and learn, MTM seeks to address the issues of police brutality, community safety, and representation for Black and Brown creatives and conservationists.

This year we are raising money to help us fund a new home for the 1000+ panels that MTM has collected over the past two years. This will be a climate controlled, space that allows our team to both store and exhibit the murals safely indoors. The space will be called the Memorialize the Movement Center for Learning And Creative Expression.
