The 2019 MATHCOUNTS State Meet: celebrating and challenging mathletes!

Thank you for coming to the MATHCOUNTS State Meet!

The MATHCOUNTS State Meet offers parents, siblings and coaches a chance to celebrate their mathletes and recognize their accomplishments. And those accomplishments are significant. More than 1,200 middle school students participate in Minnesota MATHCOUNTS competitions. Only 132 advance to the state meet.

The state meet is a great event for mathletes and it is funded by area foundations, members of MnSPE (the Minnesota Society of Professional Engineers), parents & MATHCOUNTS supporters/friends of MATHCOUNTS. As area foundations shift priorities, we need your support more than ever. Our goal:  to make sure that next year’s State Meet is as challenging and fun as this year’s event for returning and new mathletes.

Many mathletes are intrigued by prime numbers. That’s why we've set a prime number, $1009, as our goal to keep the celebration and the competition going next year.

It costs approximately $300 for each mathlete to come to state. Hotel accommodations and food account for over 50 percent of the total.

Please contribute a gift of a size that is meaningful to you in recognition of the benefits MATHCOUNTS brings to your family.

Click or tap "DONATE" to help keep MATHCOUNTS strong in 2020.

Every gift is a prime gift

Despite the rising costs of making the State Meet a success, we are committed to serving and celebrating talented middle schoolers.

Your donation of any size will help us continue to challenge mathletes – and provide both fun and memory-making experiences in the year ahead.

THANK YOU!
