The Minnesota Children’s Alliance is the statewide leader uniting professionals to protect children and help them heal. We strengthen Children’s Advocacy Centers (CACs) and Multidisciplinary Teams (MDTs) across all 87 counties—ensuring every child, no matter where they live, receives a compassionate and coordinated response.

Through training, advocacy, and collaboration, the Alliance equips professionals like law enforcement, child protection workers, forensic interviewers, advocates, medical and mental health providers to work together effectively. This team-based model reduces trauma, strengthens investigations, and gives families the support they need to heal.

Every year, CACs in Minnesota serve more than 3,000 children—but that's only a quarter of those who need help. Your gift helps close that gap by expanding access, training professionals, and investing in prevention.

This year’s Voices for Safety Conference brought together dedicated professionals to share best practices in protecting children from abuse and maltreatment. Your support keeps that momentum going and ensures Minnesota continues leading the way in trauma-informed care.

• $100 supports a team of five attending continuing education to implement trauma-informed practices on their team
• $250 provides consultations for a multidisciplinary team to expand their coordinated response to abuse
• $500 funds advanced training for a forensic interviewer who conducts neutral, fact-finding, and developmentally sound interviews for the investigation
