Consider making a recurring gift of $60 a month.  This will help maintain monthly mental health services for a child, individual or couple.  All our therapy and counseling services are paid for by insurance or by a sliding fee scale if needed.

Our Mental Health Professionals partner with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan to provide counseling services through a strengths based and trauma-informed lens. Our Mental Health Professionals hold various expertise and are trained in a variety of therapeutic interventions to address the full spectrum of mental health, relational, or family system challenges. We provide counseling services in-person and offer telehealth counseling.

Family-based counseling is delivered by a qualified therapist or mental health practitioner that most often occurs in the family home.

Outpatient mental health services are provided at our office locations. These services are also available by means of secure telehealth videoconferencing.

School-based mental health services are available for children identified by their school as needing additional support beyond what the school offers as part of their education system.  Our therapists provide counseling services onsite in the school setting, ultimately removing barriers for children and families.

Children's Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS) is a flexible package of mental health services focused on delivering rehabilitative services to your children and designed to engage your entire family in the therapeutic process.

Trauma Focused Therapy: We provide evidence-based trauma treatment for children and adults. We have therapists trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Our trained trauma therapists complete assessments at the beginning of services to ensure that these services are an effective treatment for the clients seeking them out.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): DBT is based on cognitive theory behavioral theory and dialectical philosophies. The model looks at how symptoms are created through transactions in the environment and works to extinguish unproductive behaviors and find a new balance.
