This year, the RAHS band directors are thrilled to partner with local composer, international performer and Master Drummer Sowah Mensah. Sowah is a music professor at both Macalester College and the University of St. Thomas, and directs the African Music Ensemble at the University of Minnesota. To support our band directors in this effort, we hope to raise $5,000. Any additional funds will support ongoing needs to refurbish and update the RAHS band instrument fleet.
