Help us fund our 2020 fellows!

We ignite women to lead with confidence. When women are ignited to lead with confidence, their leadership will build stronger, more equitable communities that will transform the world. We want you to help us ignite inspiring young women with a donation to Leaders of Today and Tomorrow today.

How It Works

Since 2009, LOTT provides a fellowship to inspiring young women leaders to instill community, connection and authenticity. We know that investing in young women- who typically do not have professional development opportunities- supports an early career leadership trajectory.

The program challenges emerging professional women to see their role in furthering women’s leadership in all sectors of society.

We accomplish this through:
-Intensive seminars, including: new age professionalism, identity driven leadership, teamwork and working across difference, ethics, health and self-care, networking, and goal setting for personal and professional development.
-One-on-one mentor matching
-Networking with dynamite women leaders in all sectors of society

Over the course of six months, fellows and mentors embark on a journey of partnership, reflection, coaching, and inspiration.

The 2020 cohort launches January 11th and will wrap up in June. Leaders of Today and Tomorrow is an entirely volunteer-run initiative. The LOTT Advisory Board oversees and plans all components of the fellowship and alumni/networking events, bringing together women leaders throughout the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area. This year's estimated cohort expense are $15,000. Help us fund a portion of our budget through GTMD.

We thank you for your support. Your donation makes a huge impact on our small organization.

"Getting an amazing mentor has been so beneficial to me as a student, for it has changed my outlook on life with how I carry myself professionally and personally, and with how I seek opportunities." - 2018 Fellow

“I firmly believe that our communities grow stronger when more people feel empowered to lead. We need women leaders to bring their diverse voices to the table, and as a mentor, I’ve had the opportunity to encourage my fellow to think ‘why not me?'”-Miranda Johnson, Mentor in 2013, 2017 and 2018
