12 years ago I adopted my first shelter dog. From there, my love for animals in need steadily grew and I am so proud to say that one year ago, my two rescue besties and I created Rescue Network. We had no money, no experience in starting a non profit. Determination and passion is what lead us through this last year. We created Rescue Network as a lifeline for animals from underserved communities that have little to no resources to care for strays and injured animals. We have helped over 1,000 animals in just one year to be transferred to rescue organizations and provide basic care, emergency care and spay/neuter surgeries for local families that are unable to pay for their animals needs. We are an all volunteer run group. Nobody gets a paycheck. All the money that we raise goes back to the animals.
You will see a lot of transformations and stories on our Facebook page on Give to the Max Day. Don't miss it and please help us help them!
