COMOTION COLLECTIVE ❤️

During this world-wide pandemic we at CO·MOTION: Center for Movement are grateful for all the ways the community is supporting local and vital institutions, front-line workers, small businesses and “doing-good” organizations.

The Collective Organizations of CO·MOTION are doing all we possibly can to survive the current shutdown. Our space has been closed since March 16, per Governor’s Executive Order 20-04, and we are all uncertain of the future. What we do know is that we want to survive with all our current organizations intact and open for business.

We know this situation is difficult for everyone, but we ask now for your support in the following ways:

1.    If possible, please consider maintaining your current membership with your CO-MOTION COLLECTIVE organizations. If you cannot do that, instead of cancelling your membership outright, please consider:

a.    Avoid asking for a refund.

b.    Ask for an alternative to a refund, such as a credit or rescheduling.

2.    Use your membership to subscribe to online courses. Most of our Collective Organizations are offering online programming.

3.    Consider becoming a member now. Your support at this time would make an enormous difference to us and give you access to great online classes.

4.    Consider donating a membership for someone who may no longer be able to afford their membership due to the economic effects of the shutdown. Your donation helps that person and helps the Collective Organization. Double your impact!

5.    Lastly, if your employer has a matching gift program, we would greatly appreciate your support. Your employer may be considering doubling the matching gift amount.

6.    Join all of Minnesota next week in the #GiveAtHomeMN COVID-19 fundraising campaign supporting non-profits with donations May 1st through 8th!

All of these six commitments would help the organizations of COMOTION survive during this unprecedented time and reopen when it is safe for everyone.

With all our appreciation and gratitude,

CO·MOTION: Center for Movement and its Collective Organizations:

Element Gym, St. Paul Ballet, Ripple Effect, PushFitness, Smiling Drum, Young Dance, Dragon Crane, Go Physio, Saint Paul Strength Room, Rock Steady Boxing, Wanna Experience, S.W.A.G. INC, and 4AM Fitness
