At KIPP MN, our mission incites us to guide and spur on students as they pursue the paths they choose, "so they can lead fulfilling lives and build a more just world." As a community, we embolden learning as the way for students to choose fulfilling lives, be it through literacy, music, art or STEM. We know the windows to the world are through the exposure of quality learning. Our ask today is that you give to the MAX, so that we may offer the world to our students through culturally relevant and affirming curriculum.

ABOUT KIPP MN

KIPP MN launched in 2008 and is affiliated with the National KIPP Foundation, which consists of over 280 public charter schools across the country. In the 2022-23 school year, we will educate approximately 450 K-8 students at two North Minneapolis campuses: KIPP North Star (K-8) and KIPP Legacy (K-5). KIPP MN’s 100 full-time staff—including an educator team that is 70% BIPOC*—educates a student body that is 99% BIPOC, 92% who receive free and reduced lunches, and 15% who have experienced homelessness or housing mobility. As a network dedicated to delivering educational excellence to under-resourced communities, we see students emerge as leaders ready to pursue their chosen path.
