Aging campaign is grounded in evidence-based research. We empower local seniors
to thrive by providing services and programs that nurture the vital connection between
heart and brain health.
Your donations fund our services and programs including gentle fitness exercise, H2H
memory café and Building Bridges Memory Choir, blood pressure clinics and assisted
transportation to medical appointments, 3 separate support groups, and healthy aging
workshops. Join us in helping aging people in Granite Falls, stay active, connected, and
independent at home!
